Noel’s bankruptcy practice includes the
representation of secured and unsecured
creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy
proceedings. In addition, Noel represents
Chapter 7 Trustees throughout case
administration from the initial filing to case
closure, recovering and liquidating assets, and
prosecuting necessary actions.
Noel also handles a myriad of commercial and
business matters involving breach of contract,
commercial collections, business formation and
purchase/sale agreements, contested
foreclosures, and various other related
transactions and lawsuits. Noel represents
clients from the pre-suit phase through multiple
levels of litigation in state and federal
courts, including mediation and other forms of
alternative dispute resolution. Noel’s real
estate practice includes the representation of
financial institutions, mortgage servicers,
foreclosing lenders, landlord/tenant, water and
sewerage departments, and county treasurers.
